“Customer”, “You”, “Your” refers to any user of our services or website.
“Services” refers to the card payment machines, EPOS systems, merchant loans and all related services offered by PayDaddy.
To use our services, you must be:
At least 18 years of age
A registered business or authorised to represent a registered business
Operating within the United Kingdom or approved countries
PayDaddy provides:
Card payment solutions (portable, countertop, mobile terminals)
EPOS systems and related software
Access to third-party merchant loan providers
Virtual terminal and online payment solutions
All services are subject to availability, application approval and verification processes.
All pricing is quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Fees for services will be clearly presented in your agreement and may include:
Setup fees
Transaction charges
Monthly terminal or EPOS rental
Loan arrangement fees (where applicable)
Prices may be subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any pricing updates.
You agree to pay any applicable fees associated with the services as per the agreed terms. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Card machines and EPOS devices will be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. We aim to dispatch orders promptly and setup instructions or assistance will be provided. Installation may be arranged depending on the service level chosen.
All hardware provided by PayDaddy remains the property of PayDaddy or its partners unless explicitly purchased.
You agree to:
Use the equipment only for lawful business transactions
Keep the equipment in good condition
Return it upon request or termination of services
PayDaddy may introduce you to third-party loan providers or processing partners. In such cases, you may be subject to additional terms from those providers. PayDaddy is not liable for any loss or dispute arising from third-party services.
We comply with UK GDPR regulations. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use and protect your data.
All content, branding and material on the website is the property of PayDaddy unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit our content without written permission.
PayDaddy will not be held liable for:
Losses due to equipment misuse or failure outside our control
Business interruption, loss of income or indirect damages
Delays caused by courier or third-party service providers
We do not exclude liability where it is unlawful to do so, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice (typically 30 days). Early termination may incur fees if under contract. On termination, all equipment must be returned in good condition.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
